Most of our clients are a little concerned when they call up for help with updates, installs and virus issues and we tell them we can help them remotely. Some things to consider when considering this option is most Tech Support firms are door to door service. That means you get billed from the time they leave their shop until they return to their shop. At $80 to $110+ per hour, that can drain your pocketbook pretty quickly. Our remote service charges only for the time that we actually help you and you won't have to wait until tomorrow or next week to get assistance.

Remote Support does not mean unlimited remote access to your systems. It is a small program that you run that DOES NOT install on your pc or laptop and allows us only temporary access to your system. We pride ourselves in confidentiality and will not go where it is not needed in order to address the problem at hand. In addition, we educate you, the client, every step of the way so you are aware of what is going on and you have the ability to stop the session at any time.
